The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship Game at Levi's Stadium.

The 49ers entered the playoff game in relatively good health, with none of the team's seven inactive players sidelined due to injury.

Below are the 49ers-related in-game injury updates.

LB Dre Greenlaw (stinger, questionable)

Dre Greenlaw was slow to get up after a play in the second quarter. The linebacker entered the blue medical tent for evaluation but emerged shortly afterward, rejoining his teammates on the sideline.

Greenlaw was back on the field following an interception thrown by 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy.

WR Jauan Jennings (head, cleared)

Jauan Jennings was evaluated for a head injury in the second quarter and cleared to return to the game.

49ers' Dre Greenlaw on whether Super Bowl practice fields led to injury, rehab status

By David Bonilla

Dre Greenlaw initially thought someone had stepped on his foot as he returned to the football field during Super Bowl 58. The idea that he had suffered a severe injury didn't cross his mind. Even after he made his way onto the sideline, the San Francisco 49ers' star linebacker didn't anticipate exiting the game permanently. It wasn't until he started trying to put pressure on his foot that he realized more was going on with the injury. Further tests confirmed what the training staff suspected: Greenlaw had torn his Achilles. His absence was a blow for the San Francisco 49ers, who had to continue the game without him. Ultimately, the 49ers lost Super Bowl 58 to the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime, a devastating defeat for Greenlaw, who watched from the sidelines as

"As I was growing up on my football journey, I looked at Tyler Lockett a lot," Cowing told reporters via Zoom. "Very similar in stature. I kind of resembled my game after him a

Ian Rapoport sends clear message regarding 49ers' Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel

By David Bonilla

One thing is clear: Ian Rapoport expects Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel to be on the San Francisco 49ers roster when the team takes the field in Week 1 of the 2024 season. At this point, most probably feel that way. The fact that both stayed with the team throughout the draft clearly signals that general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan intend to retain their two talented receivers—at least for one more season. "Week 1 of 2024, it looks like they both will be [on the roster]," Rapoport told guest host Tom Pelissero on "The Rich Eisen Show." However, nothing in the NFL is ever certain. "Now, look, crazy things can happen," Rapoport continued. "Someone loses a star receiver, they decide to give the 49ers something of value for this
